Columbus Denim Workshop is a made-to-order garment studio in Columbus, Ohio.
We make selvedge denim and utility garments. Each piece is cut and sewn after you order it. Lead time is 4–6 weeks. CDW-made garments receive lifetime repairs.
The UNIT System
Garments are released through a numbered system. Each UNIT is a single construction study — one garment, built carefully, released in limited quantity. No seasons. The numbers are permanent and the archive grows with each release.
How Orders Work
The shop opens twice a month. A limited number of orders are accepted per opening, then we close to begin production. When it's closed, it's closed.
Services
Available during shop openings, booked via Calendly:
- Repairs & Alterations — Structural repairs, resizing, reinforcement.
- Custom Units — Bespoke pieces built to spec. Fabric, fit, and construction determined through a consultation.
Slots are limited. Email correspondence is followed as well.
